I was first introduced to the Three Sisters through the Ennismore Horticultural Society, where Carlotta James presented the goals and projects completed by the Three Sisters. I was intrigued by the story and had enough property to have my own pollinator garden built. I hired the Three Sisters to build and plant my garden in the June 2017 timeframe. As the last bit of mulch was applied, we saw our first hummingbird take a drink from the butterfly bush and I knew this garden would be a success. We watched the plants grow over the summer, feeding so many bees, birds and new varieties of butterflies we had not seen in the area before. I plan on adding some more plants in the spring as well as a water source for the birds. Overall I am very happy with the work the ladies completed for me. They listened to my desires and built the perfect garden for me. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the natural look of the planters in front of our Peterborough Community Savings Office. We designed the hardscape with benches so passersby would have a pleasant spot to stop and enjoy the gardens. The beautiful blooms from the spring through the fall not only attract pollinators, but provide a welcoming environment for people in our community. Both Megan and Carlotta were very organized and helpful in getting feedback for our planter garden design. They provided easy to read layouts with a variety of plant choices that helped us determine what would work best for our needs.
